● Devices submitted for repair are handled with care, but customers are advised to collect items within the agreed timeframe.

● Service fees are non-refundable once repair work has commenced.

● Replaced or faulty parts are returnable after service completion(only on request for specific parts, excluding ics) except where a confirmed service error occurred.

● Warranty (if applicable) covers only the specific repair carried out, not unrelated faults or future damage.

● Zealot Service Center does not offer sales of components to end users. You are to bring in the affected speaker for all fixings.

● Zealot Service Center reserves the right to amend these policies when necessary.
